J and F have worked on my BMW's since 1993. It's and honor to have such professionalism and honesty from the staff. Starting from the front desk ,to the mechanics. I always seek their advise, on any issues I may occur.

I always receive excellent customer service from J&F and especially Greg. Even if i don't understand it all, they thoroughly explain necessary repairs and present options for getting the work done. They also are in contact throughout the day to keep you aware of status.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They make everything SO easy, they are completely honest and so quick. They are the friendliest and most trustworthy guys. J & F is a place where the work culture is Integrity, Honesty and Impeccable Service. I have been servicing my M5 for the past 3 years with them, and did a major overhaul recently. J&F has serviced my BMW for the last 4 years. I won't go anywhere else. They are great at working me in last minute for those pesky lights that come on at the least convenient time. Mike and Greg run a first rate shop! Their team is extremely professional and can tell you exactly what is wrong with your BMW. They know this brand! It is so refreshing to take both my vehicles to their shop and it is diagnosed correctly and fixed in an expeditious manner! Their communication of this issues and your options is beyond reproach! Don't even think of taking your BMW to a dealer or anywhere else but J&F Motors. I've been coming here for almost 12 years and will continue to do so as long as I own a BMW.
