Where to begin? J&F are incredible: great communication, quick service, no surprises. My experiences with BMW shops have been mixed, but these guys are top notch. No upsell or pressure, just solid service and great pricing.

Ive had my 2008 335i serviced at J&F twice over last year. Impressed with knowledge and customer service and stepping up concerning one of the visits. I had a water pump replaced under warranty at BMW Sterling and within 6 months it went bad. Instead of directing me to BMW Sterling they handled the replacement themselves. And although my other service was expensive, they are very courteous and knowledgable and have the cleanest service area/garage I have ever seen. I only gave them 4 stars, but if latest service lasts I'll be back to this post to upgrade to 5 stars!!

Top notch customer service and mechanics. Will never go back to another bmw dealership. Only wish they had a separate port to wash the car upon returning (apparently something to do with County drainage law). Maybe a customer loyalty program too? Otherwise, the best in the area.

Great Experience! My Porsche received extra good care! Not only did I get an oil change but they checked out my entire car! Phenomenal service 5/5 STARS!

Had a wonderful customer service experience. Felt like I was being given honest advice about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. Much cheaper than the dealership, where I will never go again having discovered J & F BMW!

I can't say enough good things about J & F Motors. I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I felt that I couldn't get good answers from BMW dealerships and every time I went in, I didn't feel comfortable with their answers and what I was paying for. From day one, J & F has exceeded my expectations with their level of customer service, taking the time to explain to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be repaired asap and what can wait. I am a fanatic when it comes to my car and they understand that. They are what an automotive repair shop should strive to model themselves after.

I have a 14 Year old BMW Z3 - J&F keeps her running like new. These guys really care about quality customer service and I trust their advice on all service recommendations. A far better experience than going to the BMW Dealer.

J&F Motors is top notch. I started taking my Mini here in January and I've been incredibly impressed with everything about the company. The prices are better than taking it to the dealership (which I used to do), and the service is a cut above. I am so glad I found this place and will continue to bring my car here.

My go to indie shop for my BMW, J&F has always taken care of my car, have been flexible with drop off and pickup, and have always been pleasant. On top of that, their prices are generally reasonable, and they've been honest and up front about minor maintenance that's within do-it-yourself range, giving me the information I needed instead of pushing me to let them handle the work.
