While only a battery replacement, J&F continued with their usual flawless service. Plan ahead, though, because these folks are in demand and non-critical service, eg battery replacement of an old, but functioning, battery, may take a week during peak times, eg the Holidays.

There's no one else I trust to take a look at my BMW than the folks at J&F Motors! They have repeatedly come through for me, and I trust Greg, Charlie, and the team there after 5 years of working with them. At one point, I moved out of the area and took my car elsewhere, only to return to J&F Motors, having wasted time and money elsewhere. Feel assured that you and your call will be in the best of hands with J&F Motors and that they will give you the best deal and treat you with fairness.

The J&F team comes through again. My car seemed to be losing coolant and they were able to check my car despite having a parking lot of cars needing repair. Thanks for squeezing me in!

Top notch service from professionals! Some delay due high volume business and limited number of mechanics, but the end result was great. Didn't get fifth star because they didn't wash/clean car to top off their service.
