We used J&F Motors for all our '11 X5 diesel repairs before the Army decided we needed to move to Fort Benning, GA. Now back in the area after 5 years, we had the AC compressor belt break during the hottest week of August. My wife spends 2 hours a day on 95/495 so it was urgent to get the AC back quickly. Greg kept us posted on the completion and also identified some clunks in the front end which we will address in the near future. Very satisfied customer!

I have been taking our X3 and 330 convertible to J&F for more than ten years. Once our cars were out of the manufacturer’s warranty we started with J&F. They are fantastic! Just an awesome team doing awesome work. No one as good as the J&F team!

I have used J&F for decades. This work was on my son's BMW which had been out of town for the last 5 years and had not really received service from a quality shop. The transmission needed to be replaced and they also undid several "fixes" performed by the other shops which, while removing the symptom had not fixed the problem

We have been going for years and never had a problem. Unlike the dealership close by for our make of car, they are honest, fix our car and never had an issue of having to bring it back because they know how to fix it the first time around and you never have to keep going back for the same problem.

Service coordinator explained work to be done and it was completed as promised. Worked out a service plan and I will be back

Had a few bolts that were loose. Made an appointment, dropped it off, and picked it up the next day. No hassle. Maintenance prevented serious damage. Good work and no popping or rattling sounds anymore. Best in town.
