These guys are simply the best. "Integrity first" describes how they have treated me in three encounters on two cars in just under a week. They quickly repaired my vehicle and provided sage advice on what maintenance I could defer. They even advised me on how I might approach the dealer for out of warranty service instead of paying them to repair the vehicle. Charlie, Greg and the entire team at J&F are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to work on your European automobile.

Fantastic job, as always! My 2007 BMW is out of warranty and this is the ONLY place I will get it serviced because I know that they are honest and do a great job every time. What I'm quoted is what I pay, never any surprises. Added bonus: they have a courtesy car drop me off at work or metro station.

Fantastic experience. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful and willing to explain every last detail to me. Additionally, I was called prior to any work being done. During the call, Charlie laid out the suggested fixes, in order of importance and with the price tag for each - this was exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely first rate. The customer service, diagnostics, top notch workmanship, the professionalism, I could go on and on. I have been a customer since 1979 and have NEVER had a bad experience. J&F has worked on numerous, BMW's and Volvo's over the years for me and my husband. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer questions and give advice if needed. I have 100% confidence in J&F. Besides all of that, they are extremely NICE people. You cannot go wrong.

I received the absolute VERY best work and service from J & F that I've ever known. It was truly such the pleasure working with the team and I will never bring my 2005 BMW X5 to anyone but them. Greg, the service manager was our contact through my car's renovation. They brought my car back to life and it feels brand new and I've never enjoyed driving it more than I do now. I bought a used BMW and J&F has serviced it since I've owned it. They have been great taking time to explain issues and repairs as well as discuss potential issues in the future. Their cost and time estimates have been accurate, although one time due to a decrease in the cost of parts, the cost was several hundred dollars less than the estimate. Their drop off service has been helpful and prompt. Based on my experience I would consider them trustworthy. Their prices aren't cheap but I feel good taking my vehicle to a shop that knows how to properly service a BMW.

Totally satisfied. The guys at J&F treated me courteously. They attended to what needed to be attended to and did not try to add on any extra work just to run up the bill. The car is running better than has in ages and I got the sense they really make an effort to do top quality work at a reasonable cost. I'll definitely be taking my vehicle there for future repairs and maintenance. It was a great car care experience.

I've been getting service at J&F on BMWs since the early 1980s. They are professional, honest and very capable. It's a pleasure to deal with them. As far as I am concerned, it's far and away the best place in the DC area to get BMW service.

Not a good place to get your car serviced because they always overcharge you and tell you things that are not broken that needs to be replaced!!!! Huge no-no
