I have an aging 2008 model of a BMW 328xi, and the cost and quality of repairs are a critical issue. I gave up on local dealers largely because of cost, and their hard sell of optional repairs. J&F has always been a pleasure to deal with, set up appointments where work got done almost immediately, and sorted out any issues by phone, rather than waiting for me to come in. Costs have not been low -- nothing relating to BMW is -- but have been significantly lower than those of dealers. Best of all, my experiences have been consistently and repeated good. The stuff at J&F definitely know what they are doing, and how to treat a customer right. They were very clear, transparent and professional in every single interaction I had with them. At no point did I feel like this would be one of those "situations" were you bring in your car for one issue, and it turns out to have 100+. They performed the right diagnostic, gave me an overall idea of the condition of the vehicle, and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use their services in the future. J & F was very helpful, they worked fast and communicated effectively. I dropped off my car for a 30k mile service and for some issues it was having after hitting a pothole. They offer very high quality work but along with that comes higher prices. My insurance’s (GEICO) quote came in significantly below their charges and left me with a hefty bill on top of my deductible. Even though they gave me a 10% first time discount their costs came in much higher than other shops I had called however due to time constraints I went ahead with their services. If you are looking for top quality work with great service and willing to pay the extra dollar for it they are the place to go.
