When I took my Audi to J&F earlier for a general maintenance check-up and oil change after a year of very little driving during the pandemic I was eased with their honest plain talk assessment of my car. They inform me that my brake pads were all right but that they would probably need replacing when I brought my car in for it's next routine service or prior to that if I noticed any problem. I did start to hear some squeaking and since we are now planning a road trip of more than 1000 miles next month I mad an appointment and took my car in. They are the nicest, friendliest folks. They remembered me, pulled up the record, I left the car and did the needed work and for exactly the estimate they had given me a few months ago. They also checked the tires which to not need replacing yet. I have the utmost confidence in Greg and Mike and their team at J & F. They are honest, they don't try to “upsell” you like dealership shops and they tell it like it is. They provide first class service at affordable prices. I will recommend J&F to anyone with a European car. In fact I sent my daughter to them after several unfortunate experiences at her VW dealership. Now there are two J&F fans in our family. I have utilized this business on multiple occasions for maintenance and repair of my BMW x 6 and highly recommend their services. Their customer service is exceptional and their prices are reasonable. Recently, my replacement tires did not come in until late in the day. Unfortunately no rental cars were available and I need a vehicle for urgent medical appointments the next day. One of their technicians volunteered to stay over and install my tires so I could have the use of my car the next day. They truly demonstrate care and consideration for their customers.
