Going to J & F Motors was a bit of searching around in DMV area and looking for a BMW specialized auto shop. I have previously been using the dealership for repairs, but I will not be going back. J & F Motors has a customer for life. Charlie and Greg were amazing to work with. I was getting intermittent transmission malfunctions and Greg et al figured out that there were issues with the turbo and was fair on the pricing of parts and labor. They were able to squeeze my service is ahead of schedule, and did the oil change as requested, but like other service stations they left oily shoe prints on the carpet.
