The best BMW service on the planet as far as I’m concerned (includes Germany - stationed there many moons ago). Always give you the straight scoop and don’t overcharge or recommend unnecessary services. This time (out of several over past 4 years) they saved me ~ $500 by avoiding an unnecessary replacement that I was convinced was needed. Car running great! (2011 Z4 … zoom zoom.) I have an aging 2008 model of a BMW 328xi, and the cost and quality of repairs are a critical issue. I gave up on local dealers largely because of cost, and their hard sell of optional repairs. J&F has always been a pleasure to deal with, set up appointments where work got done almost immediately, and sorted out any issues by phone, rather than waiting for me to come in. Costs have not been low -- nothing relating to BMW is -- but have been significantly lower than those of dealers. Best of all, my experiences have been consistently and repeated good.
