This was my first experiment with J&F, after a very expensive previous visit to a BMW dealer for service. They were timely and thorough. I will return.

The crew at J and F does a terrific job! All professionals, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

J&F performed the 40k mile and 60k mile service on my Porsche 911 Carrera S at a much better price than dealer quotes. This week they did a full brake replacement for ~$1000 less than dealer estimates. Knowledgeable and experienced techs perform the same quality as dealers for 1/3 the cost!!

First timer here: This was a truly refreshing experience. For all you Audi folks out there, come on in, the water's fine. And if you've suffered the frustrations of a nearby dealership, this is another planet. Straight talk...no games...you won't be told you need new brakes when you have 75% remaining. And an appointment means something. Oh, and the invoice/receipt is easy to follow too. I'll be returning for my next maintenance for sure. Cheers, J&F.

I had a plugged sunroof drain. I had a plugged drain causing humidity & some water inside my suv. The technician was spot on with his diagnosis and service was quick and reasonably priced.
